Works completed to date
During the last quarter of 2022 public road-enabling works have been carried out and completed, while the substation platform has been constructed. In addition, the site roads associated with the project as well as all turbine hardstands have been built.
Ongoing works
In Q1 2023, you can expect to see ongoing maintenance of public roads and traffic management works. On the site itself, we will be excavating the foundations for the turbines, and we will also be building the substations at Moanvane and Mount Lucas. Foundation construction including concrete pours and grid works in the public roads will commence in February and it is envisaged that these works may take up to 6 months to complete.
